Specified insured item not covered because I cannot prove forced signs of entry!!!!

I am shocked horrified and disapointed in First For Woman. My policy states that my items are covered if ****** from a locke boot.

R2000 of new school textbooks were ****** from my locked vehicle as well as my Apple Mac air! I pay extra and have specified this Mac Air for out and about.

First For Woman will NOT cover my claim...

I am at a complete loss for words. Supervisor denied claim and told me that if I had lost my computer it would have been covered, even if I was waliking in the street and it had been grabbed from me it would be covered.

I am so shocked I am shaking, whats the point of having specified insurance. So dissapointed with First For Woman, if this is how they deal with their clients then I am changing insurance companies! I feel sick to my stomach because I don't know what I am going to do now to replace not only the ****** brand new school textbooks of which my children need for school but also my Laptop which is part of my business, I need it to run my business in order to earn me a salary to pay my insurance.

I SIMPLY CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!
