Sold the wrong policy
Consult phoned and sold me a R130 policy for a million cover and said it was a promo. Just a routine phone call to check on the policy I find out it's a R100 000. How many month I would have wasted my money to find out I was not covered for the amount I wanted. The sales people are not truthful.
