So much for 1st for women

Saturday evening we had a burst pipe in the yard... and called them to request a plumber they told me that they will contact me in the next your which never happend then when the plumber called he ask to come the next day at 8 Sunday he calls at 10 came at 10 45 Once on site he was here for 10 min and tells me he doesn't have the part and that I will have either get my own part or he will have to get one only on Monday mind blowing also then telling me that my call out fee and labour the hours almost done knowing that he was only at my place for 10mins so far .... and if he comes again Tomorrow it will be another 950 cost to me .... I phone 1st for women to inform them of the situation as nothing they told me that I'm covered for the call.out and labour they did not tell me that I have to get my own parts for the plumber and how wud I know wot part to even get ... in the call they were not helpful and not trying to sort out the situation They not transparent in there claim process or service process ... not wanting to help and solve the problem and see how they can help the client more trying to cover there own ass ... But I will be canceling my policy and going to find a company that is more transparent and open with regards to claims. So unprofessional that they use contractors that reak like alcohol when coming to a client house... also so much for 1st of women when they let me a women down
