So I put in a claim ...

So I put in a claim in March... The couldn't get hold of me... I work with patients..so I cannot answer my phone at any time...They sent me an email..my inbox was full ...this is months ago... I cleared my emails..saw that my claim was successful... In May already ...Phoned them today... Explained my reasons for not getting back to them and within minutes everything was sorted.... Awesome 👍
