So frustrated

I do not complain often, but am at my whites end. I only wanted to change my address and get a quote for my boyfriend car. Tried to change it online, but then blocked my policy. A agent called me the next day, went through every thing again to get a quote just for him to tell me a underwriter needs to unblock my policy. That was done a day later. Then a agent calls me again to tell me he can give me a better quote. Go through everything again, change my address and tells me my existing premium will be cheaper. After receiving my new schedule, I realized one of the insured items was not insured any more. So send the an email and waited more than 24 hours for them to contact me again. Gave me a quote again but was suddenly more than double the price it was. Told them it was not my fault that it was removed and they can't penalize me for it, as I still was under the impression that the new area was cheaper for insurance. Called me back after a while and reduced some of the other things so that it was the same as before more or less. Wanted then to accept the insurance quote for my boyfriends car but they said the quote previously done was just gone. Gave all the details again but the quote have now gone up with about 50% the reason being the address change, after I confirmed at the time of the previous quote the new address. Well accepted it any way. A day after got a call back saying my home content cover was now only fire and storm not comp anymore. Asked for a new quote ant that also about doubbled. Now my premium is more than 50% more, but that not all, opened my schedule again just to see that same insured I ten that was removed before is removed again!!! Have not had the strength to contact them yet, I'm just to emotional. I know for some people the price increase is not a huge issue but it is when you have got nearly any more as is and I need to insure that item that they keep on removing as it is an insulin pump and it is keeping me alive and to replace it will be R50 000, out of my pocket if it is not insured

And I'm no lawyer but I'm sure changing my policy without my consent is ********** I'm am really stressed out about this and can see it in my glucose counts, so this is accually making me sick
