So, i had an accident last month,6 November 2025.A bus knocked my vehicle while i stooped to turn. I have through the vehicle assessment at the panel beaters, however i still don't have feedback on the next steps. I have phoned but no feedback on the next even though promises were made to get back to me as soon as possible. Its holidays now with no final resolution.
