Smooth Claim process

I would like to comment 1st for women for an efficient and excellent service. I have been with the insurance for 3 months from March 2021 and unfortunately on the 4th of July I had an accident. My claim was handled and approved effortlessly. I have previously been with them 2 years ago and then my claim was handled very well. They really understand the TCF concept. The woman who was handling my claim Taslima Kangar explained the process from where my car will be fixed, their contacts, car rental info and how I'll pay my excess. She made everything easier for me as she had all answers to my questions. As for me I will continue using FFW insurance for as long as I drive, my family, friends have already switched. Keep up the good work. I thank all agents who assisted from the time I reported the accident, the time I claimed, time I needed I needed update to the completion.
