Slow service

I submitted a claim on the 26th of May after my car was involved in an accident and the car is still not attended to . I was informed that a mechanic will contact me but that hasn’t happened, this is an inconvenience as no one as contacted me telepathically. I sent a request to be called back and no one did . Very disappointed as I pay my premiums on time but now that I need help there’s no sense of urgency
