A consultant by the name Simphiwe Ncanga, OMW...what a professional, knowledgeable customer centric person he is. This is the first consultant since I have had my accident who I have dropped the call without feeling frustrated but remembered why I was with FFW for all these years now. He is the best and he deserves an accolade for understanding how to talk & resolve a customers request.
