Shocking - unjustifiable increases.

How doe 1st for women operate? When you try calling, you get an AI robot who questions your call. You cannot send an email to 1st for women. You cannot get a phone number for anyone at 1st for women.

i received a mail informing me that i was due for a 19,9% monthly insurance premium increase. My excess also increases by 6,6% --- i have never claimed !!

I Call the only number they give - argue with the "bot" then get put through to "Retentions" to basically be told that it is fully justified. !!

Suddenly all managers are in a meeting - my call cannot be transferred. I now still wait 4 hours later for "Dilano" or "Rowan" to call me back - they are apparently managers there!!

They tried this exact same thing last year to push a high increase which i fought against and it was then reduced due to an error or something on their side.

People, beware as they bully you into these increases. Many people don't pay attention to these emails and aren't fully aware of the massive increase coming.

I will never recommend this company in my life !! - totally ********* business practices.
