Shocking service from 3rd party insurance first for useless.
I will never recommend your insurance company to anyone. We had experience with your 3rd party team. 1st of all the turn around time is shocking and we have to follow up all the time. 2nd the accident was caused by driver insured by your company and could not be avoided, my husband did hoot but it was too late, he couldn't swift out as he would then drive into on coming traffic. You just look for excuses not to pay the full amount. If this is they way you treat client, I can't see that you will get more clients!!
