WORST service ever!!!! Claims dept don't get back to you ...dont return emails...asked 10 times for a supervisor to call me back ..not one call back ..Simone reedy..doesn't reply to emails ...telephones are all off the hook and no one answers them ....STAY AWAY FROM FFW
