Please refer to the call with Faizel today where i asked that he ensure a manager call me back to discuss the premium adjustment without compromising on my cover whatsoever. NOONE CALLED!! I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RIDICULOUS HIKE IN PREMIUM. I have been with you for years!! no claim in 3 years and never a premium behind. If i do not get a call by tomorrow morning to ensure the reduction as discussed with Faizel and no compromise as discussed with him, my next request is to cancel. I get plenty of calls from insurers everyday and can get much better than what you wanting to hike to and with total disregard to the years insured with you.
