SHOCKING HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM 1ST FOR WOMEN

I recently had to do a 3rd party claim with 1st for Women. I contacted them with all the info they needed. I was expecting to get an email with a list of FULL requirements to have the claim finalised. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I had to respond to emails over and over requesting for information on what was needed. These emails and requirements came in drips and drabs and no clear direction of what was needed and what needed to happen. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP ON THESE over email and no reaching out to me directly. TODAY AFTER I EMAILED TO FOLLOW UP - I AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING EVERYTHING WASNT RECEIVED AND THE CLAIM WAS REJECTED, This service is shocking and proof that insurances will do whatever they can to NOT pay out a claim.
