Shocking after-sales service
<p>I have been trying to sort my excess out for 14 month now. I have sent mails and phoned on so many occassions I can't even remember. I have had some replies after complaning but nothing again for 8 months. I will never suggest them to anyone again. I have not had great service or success from them.</p>
