****ty insurance

Quiet a ****ty insurance.I need to insurance shop. Upon taking the insurance I was not told to submit my drivers license.Im only seeing a notification on the app 2 months later saying I won’t be fully covered.2ndly there’s also “Documentation available for viewing “ I won’t be fully covered if I don’t submit that as well.WHAT THE **** IS THAT? I submitted my inspection certificate 2days later after taking the insurance in August I only got an email saying an urgent will contact me they never did I followed up and was told they received it but no confirmation email was sent till today.I got an email today saying my details were updated.What details because I ddn update anything? The document still says VIN and Engine number are not available but those numbers were on the inspection certificate.What the hell ? I might need to shop around for new insurance
