Shame On You!

I cancelled with them and even after I cancelled, they wrongfully deducted money from my account. At first they said that it takes 3 days for refunds, but it’s been 2 weeks now and still NOTHING. Their Support Department is absolutely useless! They NEVER respond to your queries.. so much so that I asked my broker to try and reach them. 5 days later they respond to the broker and not even to me?! They say that they look out for women but they charge us ridiculously expensive fees and they DON’T OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE at all! If I could give them -100 stars, I would. SHAME ON YOU 1st for women!
