Shaddy and unprofessional insurance company

My garage, which I also use for storage and laundry purposes ,caught fire last year in December 2018. I submitted a claim for all the items burnt, subsequently, first for women sent two companies who 1) investigated the fire and 2) assessed the damage and took some of the burnt items for 'replacement' purposes. I was then requested to enlist all the items burnt and their replacement cost, including sharing a copy of the electrician's certificate - which I did. However, after all this, my claim went cold! Today, after several unsuccessful follow up attempts with my allocated case manager from Telesure, I received a letter informing me my claim will not be honored because: "Allow us to enter your premises and take, keep possession of and deal with any claimed property in any way we consider reasonable. You may not abandon any damaged property, whether we have taken possession of the property or not" - DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE? Their assessors + fire investigator were allowed into my property without any issues , and were both going to share their findings or recommendations for the purposes of my claim. I waited for three months to learn the outcome of the investigation (which by the way I don't even have a copy of the report) + my claim. I am yet to get a sound explanation from first for women on the reasons it took this long to provide feedback - while they continue to deduct monies from my account without fail every month - and then conclude my claim should be denied. My family suffered substantial loss in the fire and the reason given for declining my claim does not make any sense in the slightest! This insurance is not what they advertise themselves to be and will definitely not recommend them to any of my women friends - not after this shaddy and unprofessional service!
