I submitted an enquiry on their Facebook page in the evening of 4th January 2023 and their consultant named Martha called me promptly at 08h00 on the 05th. Upon realizing that I was still asleep, she proposed that she calls me at 10h00 as she could sense it was not a perfect time to talk. Martha called again at 10h00 am sharp, and she was so engaging, and eloquent and made it easy for me to converse with her. She also clearly discussed the avaliable options with me and their pros and cons which enabled me make an informed decision. I'm glad to say my policy was successfully reviewed and a revised policy document was sent to me immediately 👏
