******* service from FFW Warranty Claims

If i could rate them lower I would. I have a warranty cover for my vehicle with them. I submitted a claim on Tuesday with supporting paperwork, but since then I have not recieved feedback. Automated response says you should recieve feedback within 24hrs. I have tried to call 13 times since Thursday the 7th and each time I get transferred to the claims department and that call never gets answered. I have requested for call backs and nobody has called me back.
