service delivery so bad as they also bad

1st of all i have car insurance with them, then they called me to take scratches and dents and cellphone insurance aswell.i accepted that.now here is the problem:on the 18th of december 2014 my phone was lost,i reported to the police station.nd i phoned my isurance to report the matter.after that i waited for so long to get a responce till i went my self to telesure century city thinking that i will talk face to face.i waisted my petrol becauze even there i was given a phone to call.i walked out helpless.if you phone them you have to waist morethan R100 etime.i still dont have phone even now.the worst part is this, they need R650 excess ofwich the time i joined it was R500. 2.they wanted to give me the phone that values R1999.instead of R3000.i told them atleast to give me the 1 that values 2799 blackberry Z3 they said i must pay R300 difference meaning i was supposed to deposit R950 to them.i told them that means im a looser moos.since then im sitting with no phone till now

Other complaint the scratches nd dents they told me that i will receive a free benefit of licence disc the will post it when its a due date of it.but when it expires they told they never said that it was a mist
