Had a burst tyres on Saturday,and Katleho,the consultant who was helping me was amazing,didnt make me feel any way stupid for not being able to change a tyre,she called me back to find out if the tow truck arrived and after getting assisted she called back again to find out if everything went well. A huge thank you to her for her patience and friendliness through out. #BlackFriday things Was only just disappointed that I couldn't request help on the app as it appeared to be down or something cz I eventually had to call in. Also 1 star to the tyre and rim department. I tried claiming this morning and the 1st consultant wasn't friendly,hung up on me and so the second one who actually helped me was not friendly too. Must be a Monday thing cz wow zero friendliness from the tyre and rim department people. Please teach them that we hear friendliness on the voice
