**** service and no regard for their customers
This is my second review about the same matter with FFW. I have screamed scolded, emailed and in generally lost all my marbles with FFW. Claressa Borman, I'm still awaiting feedbac****! My property was broken into earlier this year (Feb/March 2019) and to date FFW REFUSE to replace my television. Yet they have upped my policy but almost R400.00 without any notice. I have had it with this bunch of ********. I will NEVER RECOMMEND anybody to FFW because they take advantage of women and pensioners. Please get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
