After receiving a call from a competitor insurance company, where they quoted me much less that what I was currently paying through 1st for Women. Not wanting to move to another insurance company, I got in contact with 1st for Women to have my cover reviewed, as certain things according to my policy had changed. Delano was the consultant that called me back. He had a great telephone manner and spoke clearly that I understood everything that was said. My policy was reviewed and the outcome was positive for me. I'm happy with the current service I'm receiving from 1st for Women. I hope their positive attitude doesn't change should i have to claim on my insurance....that's always the 'test'!!!<br> but thanks again Delano for the excellent service you provided.
