I was contacted by a consultant from FFW (not Delano) after I sent an email for assistance. I wanted to cancel my debit order because I was retrenched and was not going to have funds in my account. I explained to the consultant and she explained that debit orders can't be cancelled I will have to cancel my policy. She then put my call thru to Delano Trussel so I could cancel my policy. When I explained my situation with him he then look at the dates I joined and see what else could be done besides cancelling my policy. He then informed me that he will call me back in 10min as he just want to find out more about the retrenchment waiver. He called me back with very good news that he requested a consultant to call me and assist me with the retrenchment waiver. Im so happy with Delano Trussel as he first listened to my problem and tried to assist which he did. I received excellent service from Delano and he is the reason why I am not cancelling my policy. I want to thank Delano for assisting me in the manner he did. When I started my conversation with Delano I was a bit irritated because of the previous lady who I spoke to. He changed everything and made me happy at the end. Thanks
