Seriously not what i expected!

I am extremely dissappointed with the service i have been getting from first for women since my first claim. I have been paying them diligently for years and now that i need them to work for me, they don't! I have quite a few complaints but the main one is that i have been paying for a vehicle for 2 months now that is in their possession! I see that they offer Covid 19 relief but no relief was offered to me who has no vehicle, instead i had to pay an increased premium for May for a vehicle i do not have. I do not even want to start explaining my complaint regarding the repairs of my vehicle. Their consultants are *********** and insensitive and don't give a damn about us women. I called and laid an official complaint at end of March, no one contacted me, i contacted the assessor myself to get clarity. I complained three days ago regarding the full payments i still have to make, someone is yet to call me, which i doubt will happen. First for women are not first for women. They are first for themselves! Oh and their recoveries department (excess recovery) sucks big time. I anticipate never getting my money or waiting years even though the other party was a tow truck company they employ!!!!!!! Utterly dissappointed!!!!!! Seriously not what i expected they all seem like a bunch of amateurs!
