sending of car documents

I have been a first for woman client since 2012, and I was in a accident where my car was written off, and the claim took more than a month to be finalized, I was contacted by a consultant and was told that I have to physically bring the documents or courier them to you, and I asked the lady that cant you guys send a courier to collect and deduct it of my payout money. And she said no.<br> <br> I do not understand how is that helping me a client because it is expensive to do a courier and mind you , my deduction for April premium was deducted and I asked why do I have to pay for a car that is not in my possession and it being written off by you, and the lady said they will deduct premiums until the claim was finalized . I really cannot use three taxis and spend more than an hour of work to take my car documents to you.<br> <br> What I want to know is that should I really insure my next car with you, if you cannot go an extra mile for your clients.<br> <br> <br> Regards <br>
