Selling non existent

Morning I have a policy with 1st for women for stretch and dent policy no:***/5. On the 10 April 2025 I claimed for stretch and dent on my car, I was given a settlement letter about my maximum limit of R3000 and I disputed and told them that I was not told about a limit when I took out the policy and requested the telephone sale then I was called by Thenjiwe Zwane who rectified and said I must look for a panelbeater that is registered and VAT compliant, I did that with William Sithole Panelbeaters of which before I spoke to Tumo Sehlabo and told me to do a quote on the first time calling I did it with Auto Magic and by the way I pay for quotation then when I sent it to him I got an automatic reply that he is out of office I need to contact Lewellyn or Xola, I sent an email but the pair did not respond that's where when I called in I got Thenjiwe so with Sithole quotation she tells me that it indicates that I am claiming for the left fender and on the quotation it indicates right side fender, I explained to her that Sithole Panelbeaters says what the do on the right they will do it on the left because the front bumper will be disassembled. Yesterday I made a call to 1st for women I was made to wait for 15minutes and am using my cellphone the conversation was that because I made a mistake my policy will not be settled, my suprise is why the first time I got a settlement agreement. I need clarity on this policy can they please settle me and close my policy I won't be exploited because I want to use different panelbeater.
