Second complain no feedback

Im really not happy with my current review, especially now that things are really tough due to covid 19, i shopped around new qoutes, n im getting better offers elsewhere, i need assistance canceling my insurance before the increase kicks in, at this moment in time im looking for something that is affordable iv been with you for a long time n never had any claims, so surely that should count for something
