Seamless insurance claim procedure

End of November there was an armed ******* at our home where my mother (60 years old and disabled) was alone.

The perpetrators not only stole an immense amount of our property but the also tied up and assaulted mom.

We let the insurer know as soon as we could and was advised well on how to proceed. Within a few days of the ******* we received a care package from the insurer.

Following our communication, our claim assessor Mr Deon Pretorius handled our case with sensitivity, honesty and compassion. He made communication easy, was clear on procedure and what he needed.
