Scratch and dent cover maltreatment

I have a scratch and dent cover with 1st for women , I made a claim 3 weeks ago, they have been giving me hard time fixing my car and it is frustrating , when I phone then they transfer me from one department to another and they never return calls. This people are running their business like ****s.Think twice before taking dent cover with them
