Scratch and dent cover fustration
In May i received an SMS to renew my licence disc with 1st For Women , i then went online to do the renewal and i was told i will get it in 21days. Understanding we were on lockdown i then called in June to ask and i was told there was a backlog. I then gave them a week or so and still nothing i called 3 times and was told that they will confirm and call me back but still no call backs. I then called again today to be told they went and did a request for a vehicle that is not even insured with them, WHY?? I STILL DO NOT KNOW.
Why offer a value added service if you are going to give me such run arounds?? Had i known i would have just gone straight to the licence department and done it myself..
I need feedback i am running out of time and i use my car to travel to work.
