**** BAGS STAY AWAY... THEY ALWAYS HAVE A REASON NOT TO PAYOUT CLAIMS

First for women are just **** bags who are in the business of just collecting money. Thats all they can do for you and nothing else. We have been with them for some time now and they have never missed 1 single debit order date, they are very efficient on that part. Our truck was involved is a small accident and we had to claim for a 3rd party cover. After submitting all documents they took 4 weeks to come back to us with an answer. The answer was claim declined. The reason for the claim was that the driver has an invalid licence to drive truck. This was news to us. we asked them what that meant they said that the driver has a licence but does not have a defensive drivers licence. That is shocking. A defensive drivers licence is an advanced driving course that one can choose to have or not to have and if a driver does not go for advanced driving that does not make his drivers licence invalid. Their Policy statement does not state that a foreign driver should go for advanced driving course to get cover and a local driver should not get the advanced course to get cover. First for women are using a Xenophobic approach to business. If you look at their Policy document they are prepared to cover someone with a south African Learners licence But they can cover someone with a Zimbabwean Drivers Licence. There is Zero Logic on that except to say its Xenophobic approach to business.The JMPD commissioner was on radio a few months stating that only a drivers licence disk is enough for foreign drivers to drive Legally in the republic but First for women make their own rules when you claim.

We have been with Outsurance And other insurance companies and no one ever rejected a claim because there is no defensive drivers licence. This is a far fetched excuse not to pay for claim and that makes it clear that they are just ********. We are busy processing the cancellation of our policy with these ********. If you are new please stay away and if you have a policy with them then think twice before you regret like us.

Its the worst insurance you can get on the market. Even if it is the last insurance left in the world i would rather go without.
