Saturday 29 June 2 lovely operators of which one was a trainee and he got the job done with apologies One operator who said I’m difficult I asked for someone else She took my number I’m still waiting for someone to call Anyway the trainee corrected everything Please can my refund be dealt with and one debit order has yet to be deducted
