Sarcastic and Rude Sales Consultant

I requested a quotation from 1st for women as I wanted to move my car insurance. I have told the sales consultant that I will not be committing unless I am very happy with what was being offered. Unfortunately I do not remember the consultant's name, but he was sarcastic, and treated me as if I was an imbecile or retarded. As somebody who does not deal with insurance every day, I had questions, and he will repeat the question/statement every slowly. I was on the phone with him for over an hour on Friday afternoon, and earlier in the morning as well. At the end of the afternoon conversation he tried to push me into signing up, after I have told him that I will not be committing. When I said I need to speak to my Financial Adviser he pulled an attitude, asking me what would my adviser say. The more I told him I do not know, the more he pushed me in committing. I have asked him to contact me again this morning (2 May 2018) to give him an answer and he has not yet contacted me. I will NOT commit to any insurance company and do not push me into doing something that I want to discuss with my adviser (advisers are there for a reason!!!)
