I am so fed up with 1st for women. It's been 3 weeks now that I am waiting for my money they took from my bank account after I canceled with them. When I called after the first 8 days I was told I need to send a bank statement showing the money was debited which I was not asked when I requested a reimbur*****t the first time . Hloni matsane is the lady who told me to send my bank statement and as soon as she receives i will have the money. It's been 5 days now still no money. And my emails directed straight to her are being ignored. So clear 1st for women does not want to give my money. For thos looking for car insurance this is not the way. They make u think it's scheap but they do not tell you about the other cost that is additional to your access. I almost fell on my back when I added up what my access would be if anything happened.
