Got stuck on the road Monday, and I paid the difference of the towing to the towing company and 1st for women still took money from my account and when I phone this company, they keep on sending me to different departments. if this is problem with such a small thing as towing how bad will it be with things like accidents. Mind you i have been with them since 2022 and have never claimed and now this is what i get.
