RUN FROM FIRST FOR WOMEN!

I was crashed into on the 2nd of September 2018. Called First For Women expecting to be helped as beautifully as portrayed in their false advertising- I was horribly wrong. The *********** call centre agent proceeded to tell me he doesn't know way Guardian Angels are and that he can't do anything on his side. Fast forward to after I eventually got help from the people who had stopped to help- I called and lodged a claim.. The excess agreed upon when I took the policy was R6400 but when I needed to have my vehicle repaired, I was told my excess would be R11400 and definitely not because my policy was new or anything. I was given a load of garbage as an explanation of why my excess was so high. I made means to pay that excess and was told it would be recovered from the idiot who crashed into me. That was 4 and a half months ago and since then, no contact has been made by this ********** company except for the few times I called them last year. First For Women is a gangster dressed up in a pink Tutu and pink heels to give the illusion of actually caring about a gender mostly viewed as weak and easy to take advantage of. They certainly did that to me and I'd hate it for someone else to end up in my shoes. Because of this issue, I now have a debt I should'nt even have in the first place. STEER CLEAR FROM FIRST FOR WOMEN. They're not worth a second glance.
