Run away from FFW

Terrible service 😑

I had a car insurance cover with FFW from Jan 2022. May 2023 I called them to notify that I would like to cancel the cover as I had traded in the vehicle. I was transferred to retention where they did a quotation for my new vehicle however i was not happy with the premium so I asked for the policy to be canceled. No cancelation documents sent, I called again and I was told to give it 30 min to receive the documents, still nothing. Month end of May, my acc was debited. I called them and was told someone didn't action the cancelation. NO REFUND WAS PROCESSED, I went on to reverse my money. A month later, today they debited me AGAIN!!!!. I called, held on the line for 20 min to be told that I must send bank statements warawara to get my money back. Stay away from these ****mers!
