Run around/ Excess Fee

You guys are terrible, if only i had read all the bad reviews about you guys on hellopetter before joining this insurance.

you are adding amounts to my claim and making my excess fee hard to pay. none of these amounts were ever communicated with me and i find it messed up that you guys do such.

I am not going to pay those extra amounts ! Bad service and bad mannered stuff!
