Hi, FFW claim that you are able to manage your policy online, that is false!! I am unable to cancel my policy but need to call and get past to every department they have with no result! I have sold my property and no longer require insurance but unable to get the policy cancelled! So frustrating as all the emails get ignored to!!!!
