RUDENESS FROM AN EMPLOYEE TO A CUSTOMER
My daughter was in an accident on the 27th Jan. 2015. Her car was insured with First for Women.
The senior lost adjustor went out and investigate the car. After sending in all the necessary documents to first for women from him, the lady from first for women phone my daughter this morning and was so rude to her. First she said her car was not insured with first for women and secondly she ask what was her previous motorcars reg. number.(I don't know what has that to do with this claim) She could not remember that. So she started screaming at her and said the claim is not going to be paid out. My daughter is still in an traumatic state and I feel this was not necessary at all. They can sell a policy very fast but the after service lack of proficiency. I phoned this morning and ask to talk to a manager and was not transfer. This just show me to go to another insurance company.
