Rudely spoken to be consultant

Needed some information on a scratch and dent quote. I had already given all information for a warranty quote. The consultant said she needed more information. I work in retail and it's almost impossible to answer my phone. I asked if she could email me the information. She could new my working inviroment. Instead of going the extra mile and just asking the few questions she needed information for in an email. I received this !!!

As a store manager I would never speak to a customer or potential customer this way.
