Rude.
Spent like 15 minutes of my time giving this lady all my details which I already filled in online, then when I told her that I'm thinking about it, and if she could sent that quote she provided me with, she realised I wasn't going to accept the quote right then and there and her attitude went from bad to worse. Said bye and hung up, I didn't get a chance to answer ask any questions. Super rude and thats ironic considering the name of the company. Not going to try again.
