rude, dismissive
My friend Mapule Mogashoa received the worst service from one of your consultants yesterday.
She queried her increased premium as she was advised that her premium was due for a review in December (possible decrease) instead of the consultant being of assistance and explaining the reason for this he was abruptly rude and condescending.
Who pays up to R 1 374.02 per month for a Ford Fiesta 2015 model with NO CLAIM HISTORY ??? if anything your premium must decrease !
She spoke so highly about this company I was even convinced to change my insurance but after her experience i was appalled . Iv never seen her so disappointed her mood in the office changed. The consultant dismissed her with no polite or reasonable explanation.
