Rude consultants

So disgusted with this company i just bought a new vehicle and i am looking around for a suitable company to insure with. Just to have a consultant phone me this morning very rude and abrupt, and when i said i am just waiting to see what another company is quoting me she abruptly put the phone down in my ear. So i will definitely NOT be going with 1st for woman insurance...

Advice from my side... Training should be given to your consultants on proper phone etiquette and manners. This is the number that phoned me ***
