Rude Consultant and Policy Cancellation Difficulty

I regret moving to this insurer, they drastically increased my premium in less than a year and I raised my concern, and them reviewing my premium was a joke. When you take the policy they will do it in a blink of an eye and when you want to cancel then you have a financial advisor. Neshleen Govender was so rude to me and all I wanted was to cancel the policy, He just kept pushing and pushing, and I ended up ending the call and calling again to speak to another consultant. Neshleen is the worst consultant and he needs to respect the clients' decisions, he does not contribute to the premiums. Even if they keep my profile I will never go back to First For Women just because of Neshleen Govender!
