Rude Call Centre
Hi,
Today I phoned asking for household content quotes. I asked for a quote from First For Women - oh what a mistake that was! I got to talk to the world's rudest lady. From the get go I told her that I am asking around for quotes and have not made up my mind yet and I explained that I need to sit with all the quotes and then decide. We then went through all the questions and at the end she gave me the premium and asked for my bank details. I then said that I would prefer not to sign up yet as I have not made up my mind. She said that I will not get better (which I did) and then said I have wasted her time and said she will not be sending the quote and put the phone down in my ear.
This is not a good image for you.
