Roadside side assistance a joke.
<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I chose this company because of the TV ads on their roadside assistance for woman. Twice I required road side assistance, the first time I waited for an hour in the dark in a side street with my daughter, they took so long and we started getting scared and called someone to come and stay with us until the tow truck arrived.Are you serious?The second incident was in Jan 2016 my car broke down in Fish Hoek and I live in the Helderberg area. I waited for about 2 hrs as the sun set and it got dark on Fish Hoek main road and was told that when the tow truck arrived I had to pay the driver R800.00 cash. WHAT!!!! a women standing on a main road in the dark with R800.00 cash totally insane. I have complained to 1st for women no replies no call backs no apologies. So as a women you are not FIRST to them. I have now cancelled my policy and I am insured with a bigger company. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
