ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS USELESS

on 31 march 2016 at 14.52 I stucked with my vehicle, something that has NEVER happened before. the first thing I did was call my insurance to come out and help me...... ive never used this service before. I called and gave the lady my ID number and my contact number, she placed me on hold for 7 minutes.... then my airtime ran out. I automatically thought they would call me back... but they didn't. Not even a follow up phone call or anything. I was forced to make alternate arrangements...... I need to change my insurance to a company that actually cares when a woman gets stuck on the road. I am upset and utterly disappointed!!! \first for woman\" is definitely not first for woman....."
